We have come into contact with lots of people during Chris's introduction to the sport of rallying, all involved in differing capacities, from building the car, to moral support and advice. Please visit their sites and give them your support.
The former owner and builder of the Suzuki Swift is Mark Bunyan, who allowed us to take his pride and joy into our care to fund his son Charles' efforts in the Junior Rallycross series.
We are still in regular contact with them and they follow the progress of the car and driver with interest.
Martin and Helen Fox at MEF Motorsport have followed Chris's progress with interest and Martin is responsible for the throttle body conversion to the engine and the power steering upgrade. Martin currently runs a Subaru Impreza on local NW events and in some rounds of the GPR National Tarmac championship.
Jayne is one of leading lady drivers in the North West and we regularly meet up with her and dad David on events all over the North West.
Derrick and David Rowe have previously campaigned a Rover Metro in the Stock Hatch Cup and now concetrate on building and running Caterham racing cars
Chris's first opportunity to drive a car in anger was at the excellent trackdays organised by Colin Jebson and his team from Javelin Motorsport. The trackdays are run in the most professional manner and give the perfect opportunity for drivers of any standard to improve their skills in a safe and friendly environment.
Phil James is one of leading photographers on the rally circuit in the North West and his website features a full gallery of the events he has attended. Some of his photos are featured in various parts of this site.
Due to our involvement in the Heart of England Championship, we are also members of Quinton Motor Club, organisers of the D'Isis Stages held at MIRA in Nuneaton every April.
Website of fellow Suzuki Swift driver, Alan Howard, who we have competed with and shared our Swift experiences.
Stuart Woodier and Jo Saddington of Rally Action Photography produce excellent action photos from events in the Midlands area, especially our favourite single venue rally the D'Isis Stages at MIRA.
One the most promising up and coming co-drivers in the country is Shelley Rogerson, who has already sat in with some of the best drivers in the country.
